- Door, cabinet and hardware adjustments
- Caulk touch-up (up to 2 / 3 areas)
- Small drywall patches with touch-up, using the owner's paint (up to 3 / 5)

Cleaning, flooring, full repaint, appliance repair, pest control and licensed trade work. Any extra items are priced for your approval first.
Care Plans for rental properties
